At Little Things Kitchen, our weekly meal prep is rooted in one simple belief: real food heals. We craft each dish with nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory ingredients—always gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dye-free, seed oil-free, and never cooked in plastic.

Every meal is packaged in reusable glass containers to avoid the toxins found in traditional plastics and to ensure your food stays as pure as we intended. From wild-caught seafood to regeneratively raised meats and organic vegetables, we source with integrity and prepare with care.

Because quality is everything to us, availability is limited. We’re scaling slowly and intentionally to preserve the attention to detail that makes our meals so special. If we’re sold out, it’s because our community knows how good clean food can be—and we’d love for you to be next.

Experience Our Meals

Our meal prep isn’t just convenient—it’s craveable. Crafted from scratch each week, every dish is free from seed oils, dyes, gluten, and refined sugars, and loaded with flavor you’ll look forward to. We cook in grass-fed beef tallow, olive oil, and coconut oil, and each sauce is house-made with clean ingredients you can pronounce.
